Position OverviewWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a Family Medicine out-patient, full-time practice in a busy, well established office.
Position is 100% outpatient.
Must be able to see both ped and adult patients. Monday- Friday opportunity with rotating call coverage. This opportunity includes outstanding clinical and administrative support staff.
Must be board certified and able to be licensed in the State of New York.
Open to experienced and new grads applicants.

Provides primary care to patients, collaborating with and under the direction of physicians in the clinic, following established standards and practices. Helps with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations. Educates patients about preventative care and prescribed treatments. Conducts physicals, orders tests and serves as a patient’s primary healthcare provider.
