What You Will DoIf you are an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) who thrives on autonomy and LOVES the energy of a clinic launch, this one is for you! We are officially launching a gorgeous, primary care facility and we're looking for a dynamic APP to hit the ground running.
- Join an excellent Ascension team dedicated to resolving local access needs and delivering high-quality community medicine.
- Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Comprehensive Full-Lifespan Primary Care: Autonomously lead patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and preventative screenings while collaborating with physicians to diagnose and treat complex acute and chronic health conditions.
- Patient-Centered Education & Coordination: Counsel patients and families on preventive wellness and treatment options while managing direct specialty referrals, community resource coordination, and rigorous electronic health record documentation.

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or
job transfer date. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- One or more of the following:
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Preferred Credential(s):
- BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
Additional PreferencesNurse Practitioner work experience in a Family Med or walk-in clinic setting is required
