What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs
- Call structure: None
- Practice Setting & Volume: 100% outpatient setting managing approximately 15 patient visits per day, equipped with 3 dedicated exam rooms and utilization of the Athena EMR system.
- Access to enhance patient access and convenience through seamlessly integrated, on-site laboratory and diagnostic imaging resources.
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Expanded Clinical Scope: If desired, drive clinical excellence and expand your skills by accessing occasional pediatric cross-coverage opportunities within the facility's dedicated, separate pediatric department.
- Outcome-Focused Continuity: Deliver comprehensive family practice office visits, driving high-quality health outcomes and cultivating strong multi-generational patient relationships.

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
