Job DescriptionCedars-Sinai Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our Cedars-Sinai Executive Health and Cedars-Sinai Compass practices in Beverly Hills.
The ideal physician candidate will:
- Provide personalized, high-touch primary care;
- Deliver customized annual preventive Executive physicals for both domestic and international patients;
- Manage a reduced patient panel, ensuring ample time and attention to meet each patient's unique needs;
- Build lasting physician-patient relationships throughout the care journey;
- Collaborate with a robust interdisciplinary team to care for patients holistically.
- Demonstrate a commitment to innovation in preventive medicine;
- Actively support the growth and development of the Executive Health and Compass programs.

Our compensation philosophy: We offer a competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
Pay Range: $320,000 - $400,000 Total Cash Compensation.
Qualifications- Board-certification in Family Medicine.
- 5+ years of experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in an Executive Health or membership-based clinical practice preferred.
