The firm is looking for a motivated attorney with at least 3+ years of dedicated family law experience, including substantial courtroom exposure and the ability to build strong, trusting client relationships. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in:
- Allocation of parental responsibilities
- Divorce and dissolution matters
- Paternity and parentage issues
- Grandparents rights
- Adoption
- Pre- and post-marital agreements
- Post-decree modifications
- Orders of protection
- All other aspects of complex family law practice
