We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Law Litigator to join our winning team. The successful candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex family legal issues and safeguard their children.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000 plus bonus potential. Specific compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

Responsibilities
• Research and draft legal documents related to family law cases to provide strategic legal advice
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and more to advocate for their best interests
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsels, and judges to ensure the smooth progress of cases

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience practicing family law preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with potential
• Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois
• Strong research and writing skills
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Proficient in legal software and technology
