- Explain legal strategy clearly in both English and Spanish

What You'll Do- Manage your own caseload with strategy and ownership
- Represent clients in hearings, mediation, and trial
- Help families navigate high-stakes, emotional decisions
- Negotiate when possible, litigate when necessary
- Apply the Texas Family Code with confidence
- Be part of a team that works together, not in silos
RequirementsWhat You Bring- 2+ years of contested family law experience
- Active Texas Bar license
- Strong communication and courtroom presence
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience handling family law cases in Spanish
