Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in failure analysis and project management
• Strong background in hardware engineering, preferably with electronics and telecommunications
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones
• Familiarity with Cisco products and component engineering processes
• Experience in quality management systems (QMS) and failure analysis reporting

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison among engineering, suppliers, and the failure analysis team to ensure effective communication
• Manage and update failure analysis case statuses efficiently in the quality management system
• Drive timely execution of the Failure Analysis process and report findings clearly for customer use
• Identify overdue vendor FARC reports and collaborate with engineers to address failure trends
• Utilize understanding of failure issues to help categorize and recommend corrective actions
• Apply project management skills to oversee and ensure the successful completion of FA cases
• Collect and update supporting evidence for failure analysis in QMS
