Job DescriptionYou will be the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 for the Facilities Operations team which is responsible for managing mechanical and electrical maintenance activities across the plant.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing hourly staff and vendors, overseeing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide direction to hourly/non-exempt personnel and subcontractors, applying established policies and precedents.
- Review work for sound judgment, quality, and efficiency, and administer employee-related policies.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, following established procedures, timelines, and work plans.
- Oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance operations, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Maintain compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act executive exemption criteria.

- Experience leading effectively in a challenging environment with all levels of personnel, including internal and external customers.
- Technical skills and knowledge of critical equipment maintenance that supports the product and infrastructure systems
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
