Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities, or Construction Management (preferred).
  • 5+ years in facility/building/property management or construction management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role (preferably educational setting).
  • Expertise in at least two technical trades (plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, roofing, HVAC, or similar).
  • Basic computer skills (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, oral and written.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee campus facilities, grounds, custodial services, and project management.
  • Manage a team of staff, contractors, and vendors, ensuring performance, training, and development.
  • Ensure clear communication on facilities, construction, and safety projects within the school community.
  • Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, review invoices, and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
  • Conduct inspections for safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
  • Manage sustainability initiatives and collaborate with school departments on on-campus events.
  • Oversee CMMS to ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance tasks.

Hours: Mon-Fri (7am-3:30pm)

Location: 1400 Evans rd Ambler PA

Pay RateUSD $90,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
