In this role, you will impact our ability to enhance manufacturing operations, reduce costs, and ensure the highest level of product quality for Honeywell, thereby securing our position as a leader in the industry.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues promptly.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement cost-effective solutions, and ensure that manufacturing operations are optimized for efficiency.
- Assist with project scheduling and resource utilization.
QualificationsREQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in tooling and/or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for process optimization.
- Lead and organize cross-functional meetings
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Project management skills effectively prioritizing and balancing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Hourly Pay RangeThe pay range for this position is $75,000- $112,000. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline.
