In this role, you will impact our ability to enhance manufacturing operations, reduce costs, and ensure the highest level of product quality for Honeywell, thereby securing our position as a leader in the industry.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues promptly.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement cost-effective solutions, and ensure that manufacturing operations are optimized for efficiency.
- Assist with project scheduling and resource utilization.
QualificationsREQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in tooling and/or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for process optimization.
- Lead and organize cross-functional meetings
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Project management skills effectively prioritizing and balancing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Hourly Pay RangeThe pay range for this position is $75,000- $112,000. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
