Job SummaryProvides technical support, guidance and advice to senior facility representative, facility representatives, associate facility representatives and user groups.
Essential Functions - Provide the highest level of technical expertise to internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance with applicable company, government and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with teams in projects that involve extensive cooperation and coordination between multiple departments across the enterprise or with external customers
- Prepare written and/or verbal presentations or proposals on highly complex issues and deliver to a broad variety of audiences
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Vendor management experience
- Project management experience
- Low/Med/High voltage knowledge
- Basic HVAC, Plumbing, Fire systems knowledge
- Material handling experience
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Good human relations and communication skills.
Minimum EducationBachelor's degree/equivalent in construction, architecture or engineering.
Minimum ExperienceSix (6) years related experience in construction architecture or engineering.

Pay: US Pay Range: $6,168.90-$10,898.39/month
