Facilities SupervisorKalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a
Facilities Supervisor. In this role, you will assist the Director of Facilities in maintaining operation and overall appearance of the resort to ensure the comfort and safety of guests and quality working conditions for associates. You will need to completely understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, safety and training programs of Kalahari Resorts with an overall goal of demonstrating management, administrative and proactive preventive maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities - Supervise the daily operations of the Facilities team, ensuring timely completion of maintenance requests, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Lead, coach, and support associates while fostering a safe, collaborative, and service-focused work environment.
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders to ensure efficient response times and high-quality workmanship.
- Perform routine inspections of resort facilities, identifying maintenance needs and coordinating corrective actions.
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of building systems, equipment, and resort infrastructure.
- Monitor compliance with resort policies, safety standards, OSHA regulations, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Waterpark, and other departments to minimize operational disruptions and support guest satisfaction.
- Assist with troubleshooting facility issues, emergency response, and after-hours operational needs as required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment documentation, and inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance practices.
What We're Looking For - In this position we do require at least 1-2 years of previous hospitality or related experience.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role is required.
- This position includes possible heavy workloads exerting up to 100 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Bending stooping kneeling and reaching are all involved as well as various working environments.
- The ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays are a must.
