What you will enjoy doing*- You will oversee full operations of the location/district to meet business and customer requirements
- Ensure achievement of performance, quality, productivity, cost, and safety objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations including employee scheduling, product management, maintenance, and productivity
- Further, you will promote and enforce safety standards and compliance programs
- Implement and follow company policies, procedures, and leadership direction
- Execute work based on defined objectives and ensures alignment with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and supports employee development
- And you will anticipate operational issues and develop contingency plans
- Regularly interact with team members and middle management
What makes you great - You have a High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with demonstrated proficiency
- Proven experience managing and leading teams
- You have 5+ years of experience leading operations in a similar industry
- Willingness to travel 30-50%
