Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Select and supervise vendors and contractors for facility projects.
• Develop project scope documents and manage bidding processes.
• Instruct operations staff on safety and facility maintenance protocols.
• Maintain communication and follow-up with leadership and site staff.
• Oversee execution of capital projects across 100+ stores, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Track project progress and maintain accurate records using company computer systems.
• Inspect properties to ensure compliance with safety and facility standards.
