About the roleYou'll be the key player in creating safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments across our operations. In this high-impact position, you'll lead facility safety, security, maintenance coordination, and compliance efforts to ensure our sites operate safely and meet local, state, and federal requirements. Working closely with multiple internal stakeholders, you'll coordinate both facility and machine maintenance across Double E locations in West Bridgewater, MA; Portland, ME; and Neenah, WI. You'll build and lead safety trainings and stay up to date on required safety measures. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference across multiple facilities.
What you'll do - You are the main Safety & Facility personnel leading all equipment maintenance and testing and coordination, responsible for all safety policies and procedures in partnership with HR, and ensure compliance with OSHA and all other state and local EPA and DEP regulations.
- Organize and lead safety training programs for employees at all facilities, including emergency response, fire drills, and PPE. Perform regular safety audits, create safety audit scorecard and get-well plan for each location.
- Lead and manage incident investigations and reports, root cause analysis, and corrective action plan.
- Develop preventative machine maintenance program. Coordinate all emergency repairs with site leadership.
- Develop and implement operator maintenance policies, procedures, and program.
- Manage all day to day office facility request in our Headquarters. Partner with HR with facility upgrade projects.
- Up to 25% travel to various site locations.
About you - Known as the OSHA go-to expert.
- Strong program management skills, meticulously organized, and solutions oriented.
- Forklift trainer certified and prior training facilitation experience.
- Hazardous waste/RCRA certification.
- Proficiency with repair tools and techniques and can use power tools.
- Proactive. You identify and fix an issue before it becomes a problem.
- Familiarity with working in a job shop environment with machining equipment.
- Proven track record of decreasing vendor spend and maintenance budget.
Bonus Points - CFM certificate preferred.
- Previous experience building and implementing preventative maintenance program.

Salary Description
130,000 - 150,000
