Summary of job description:
Planning and scheduling maintenance and calibration activities required to ensure continuous uptime operation of our cGMP manufacturing facility. Providing day-to-day support of Facilities and Engineering team for facility operation and management of contractors.
Key responsibilities:
• Administration and ownership of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and reporting for all maintenance and calibration-related activities.
• Assisting with the processing, tracking, and trending of maintenance and metrology work orders through the CMMS for a GxP facility.
• Maintenance and creation of CMMS asset information, SOPs, and work records.
• Create and maintain master schedule for calibration and maintenance activities for all facility utility systems and equipment (FUSE).
• Responsible for ensuring all activities are executed per master schedule to prevent quality related deviations.
• Coordinate vendor-related maintenance activities including scheduling, contractor safety training and work permits.
• Serve as chief liaison with utility and equipment service providers for maintenance contracts, planning and scheduling.
• Assist in the review and processing of vendor calibration and maintenance certificates and service reports.
• Track parts and inventory needs for critical spares for PM's/CM's to ensure on time completion.
• Provide routine reports and metrics related to the execution of calibration and maintenance activities.
• Provide support to Quality Management Systems related activities (audits, investigations, deviations, CAPAs, etc.).
Other responsibilities:
• General support of all maintenance activities as needed.
Educational requirements:
• Undergraduate education, trade school, or equivalent military experience preferred, engineering/technical background a plus.
• Bachelor degree in engineering discipline preferred.
Experience and skill requirement:
• 6-8 years relevant experience with maintenance planning and CMMS preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of applicable GxP experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Candidate in this position must have the capability to work independently, communicate effectively and are accountable for performance of tasks in a timely manner.
Salary Range
Replimune is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $136,000-$176,000. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate's unique set of qualifications, skills, and experience. Our current organizational needs also play a part in determining your final offer.
