  • Lead daily facility management for 16 clinics and 2 ASCs, ensuring smooth, safe, and compliant operations
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, remodels, and expansions from concept through completion

  • Serve as the liaison for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance vendors; ensure timely response and quality work
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for facility services and equipment
  • Coordinate landlord-related improvements, ensuring alignment with operational needs and lease requirements
  • Implement and track preventative maintenance programs, including medical equipment such as X-Ray systems
  • Ensure compliance with life safety codes, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements across all sites
  • Lead facility onboarding, assessment, and integration activities for newly acquired practices

Facilities Manager

Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine

Location: Fulton, MD + travel to sites 50-75% of time

Full-time - Monday- Friday

About the Facilities Manager role:

The Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of facility operations across all orthopedic clinics and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) throughout Maryland. This role ensures safe, compliant, efficient, and well-maintained environments for patients and staff while supporting organizational growth, including M&A facility integration and new buildouts.

Core Responsibilities
  • Facility Operations Oversight - Lead daily facility management for 16 clinics and 2 ASCs, ensuring smooth, safe, and compliant operations.
  • Buildouts & Renovations - Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, remodels, and expansions from concept through completion.
  • Office Relocations - Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and operational continuity for clinic or administrative office moves.
