Role Scope- Own facility operations for the Lubbock site: MEP plant health, the maintenance program, and site services.
- Build the preventive maintenance program from OEM requirements and site history, then hold the schedule.
- Manage facility vendors and service contracts from scope to invoice.
- Partner with construction and commissioning so new capacity hands over to operations clean.

- You've owned facility operations for a critical or industrial site.
- You've built or rebuilt a preventive maintenance program and can show the reliability improvement it produced.
- You manage vendor contracts with commercial discipline.
- You've taken buildings over from construction and know what a bad handover costs.
- Bonus: Data center experience. CMMS implementation. NFPA 70E. Water treatment programs.
