- Develop and manage multi-site physical sites programs and drive standardization
- Develop and manage multi-site facilities plans and procedures.
- Develop and manage multi-site preventative maintenance and compliance programs
- Assist Facilities Director in developing and leading company facilities strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Assist Facilities Director in multi-site budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
- Oversee capital projects including renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades
- Drive and report on multi-site key performance metrics such as cost per SF, uptime, WO completion, PM completion, cost efficiency and service levels.
- Drive and report on multi-site energy management & sustainability initiatives
- Oversees operation and optimization of company’s HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and RFP processes
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, AHJ, ISO and regulatory requirements
- Lead emergency response and risk mitigation programs
- Drive workplace experience initiatives including strategic space planning and services
- Use independent judgment to prioritize investments, manage risk, and allocate resources
- Communicating with executive leadership and external partners to ensure operational needs are met
- Provide leadership and act as a facilities SME for sites supervisors
- Manage relationship with local governmental jurisdiction of authority on permits, code interpretation, operations, fire, safety and police matters
- Thorough knowledge of building, land, local & fire safety standards and regulations (OSHA, NFPA, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership team members
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management, Facilities Management, Construction, Property Management and/or CFM/FMP/CPM Certification
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant building management work experience
- Experience managing large-scale multi-site facilities operations
- Experience managing multiple location properties
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of facilities management and operations software
- Effective strategic planning capabilities, including the ability to establish long-term vision and goals, and align/manage activities toward goal fulfillment
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC/electrical/fire protection/security systems, and proficiency in facilities/workplace management software.

- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; ability to work weekend and off-shift hours
Preferred Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
- CFM, FMP, CPM or PMP Certification
- OSHA General Industry & Construction 10 & 30
- Stationary Engineer
Experience: LEED AP, CEM, CMMS/Workplace/Security platform experience

Other: Membership in industry related organizations (IFMA, NFPA, BOMA, etc.)
The pay range for this position is $102,600.00 - $165,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
