The Cedar Park site consists of a 50/50 employee split of in-house staff and outsourced services. The Facilities Manager must be equally credible supervising technicians and holding vendors to contract. • Lead and develop the in-house team; set performance expectations, schedules, coverage, and training plans.
  • Manage outsourced service providers against scope, SLA, and budget; run scorecards and quarterly business reviews.
  • Build and document repeatable operating procedures • preventive maintenance schedules, work order intake and triage, escalation paths, and after-hours response.
  • Own the site operating budget; forecast, track variance, and identify cost reduction without service degradation.
  • Establish and report site-level service metrics including work order completion, response time, PM compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with EHS on compliance, inspections, permits, and audit readiness.
  • Support capital and construction projects at the site as the operations stakeholder.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years in facilities operations, including 3+ years managing people.
  • Demonstrated experience managing both in-house staff and third-party service contracts.
