  • Lead day-to-day facilities operations for a 700,000 sq. ft. manufacturing campus supporting approximately 1,000 onsite associates and 500 contractors.
  • Oversee multiple service lines including facilities maintenance, janitorial services, full-service cafeteria operations, security, landscaping, uniforms, and waste management.
  • Manage and develop a team of 3-4 direct reports, providing coaching, performance management, and professional development.
  • Coordinate vendor, supplier, and contractor activities while ensuring service excellence, compliance, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Build strong client partnerships and serve as a key point of contact for operational and facilities-related matters.
  • Prepare, manage, and track operating budgets, capital expenditures, financial forecasts, and variance reporting.
  • Identify cost savings opportunities and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, service delivery, and overall financial performance.
  • Conduct facility inspections, oversee maintenance projects, and ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety requirements.

  • 3+ years of facilities management, operations, manufacturing, or related leadership experience.
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and multiple integrated facilities service lines.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, reporting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including supervision, coaching, and development of direct reports.
