Full Job Description
Contract: MCICOM Facilities Services

Work Location: 1400 Defense Pentagon, Washington DC 20301 | Hybrid, 1-3 days onsite a week

Reporting Hours: Eastern Business Hours

Clearance: Public Trust (Ability to obtain a CAC Card)

Travel: Less than 10%, as required

Geocgi is looking for a Facilities Management Analyst to support our client, United States Marine Corps (USMC) Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM). The candidate will support USMC Capital Investment and Military Construction (MILCON) workflows and initiatives. This role focuses on the military construction planning and execution workflows within the infrastructure lifecycle and how processes can be effectively tracked, optimized, and completed with the most benefit to the client. The Facilities Management Analyst will work with USMC stakeholders to provide data, analytics, insights, and consulting to meet mission requirements on Force Design and work closely with military, civilians, other contractors and USMC sections to coordinate and integrate MILCON activities across the command. This position is a hybrid opportunity with the primary location of performance remote but occasional workdays on-site, 1-3 days per week or as requested by client at the Pentagon; 1400 Defense Program, Washington DC 20301.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor master planning efforts as well as MILCON projects across USMC section portfolios.
  • Perform analysis that will aid master planning efforts as well as validate MILCON projects, with appropriate space requirements, facility configuration, basic facility requirements, and overall force readiness.
  • Review, improve, define, and document execution metrics for MILCON projects across the USMC portfolio.
  • Perform financial analysis on projects and provide draft and final reports for program execution tracking.
  • Provide automated reporting solutions to track MILCON projects and financial execution.
  • Evaluate and Validate, reconcile, and integrate MILCON and financial data with appropriate authoritative sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all MILCON data and system requirements are documented, met, and support enterprise level analytical capabilities.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for MILCON and Force Design optimization.
  • Support the creation of briefs and whitepapers as necessary.

The following are requirements of the Facilities Management Analyst:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • 4+ (with a Bachelor's degree) or 2+ (with a Master's degree) years of experience working in facility management, master planning, asset management, and/or MILCON workflows.
  • Ability to perform analysis on a variety of authoritative sources within the MILCON portfolio.
  • Ability to translate data findings into decision-making products and reports.
  • Ability to translate Federal and Industry MILCON related performance metrics or maturity models into standards of client implementation
  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks and timelines alongside team leads.
  • Knowledge of facility lifecycle management practices, MILCON practices, Basic Facilities Requirements, Force Design, and enterprise planning concepts.
  • Facility Management data reconciliation experience to include GIS.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to take initiative to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

The following are preferred of the Facilities Management Analyst:
  • Experience supporting USMC or DoW Installation Management.
  • Installation Master Planning experience.
  • Experience with USMC Authoritative Systems (iNFADS, FI Web, GEOFidelis, etc.).
  • Experience with Federal and/or DoW Facility Management requirements, Force Design, and standards.
  • Experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise ecosystem, including Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Desktop/Pro.
  • Project Management certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Facilities Management certification such as Facility Management Professional (FMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM).

The annual base salary range for this position is anticipated to be $75,000 $95,000 USD. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position.
