Full Job Description
Facilities and Collaboration Senior to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

This fulltime, in office role is responsible for overseeing a team that provides comprehensive technical support across specific locations, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment with business objectives. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing on-site hardware, software, and network problems, and maintaining conference room equipment to support business continuity.

How you'll create opportunities in this Facilities and Collaboration Senior role:
  • Assists with establishing and maintaining technology standards within specific geographic locations.
  • Ensures all technology within the office is being used effectively and efficiently.
  • Proactively collaborate with on-site stakeholders to address current and future technological needs, ensuring all business requirements are met.
  • Assists with complex and escalated technical issues with expertise and efficiency.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of conference room equipment.
  • Assists with tracking and maintaining inventory within specific location.
  • Assists projects and large work efforts within region.
  • Assists with mentoring other team members helping them gain necessary technical skills
  • Interacts with office personnel daily gaining feedback and evaluations of technology and other IT solutions.
  • Partner closely with IT team members to implement solutions and improvements.
  • Assists with designing and delivering training and guidance to staff on technical tools and systems.
  • Ensure accurate records of support requests and resolutions are maintained.
  • Assists with resolution efforts of 2nd level tickets and request.
  • Becoming a liaison with various IT teams on projects as required.
  • May act as the primary point of contact for IT-related concerns within the region.
  • Research and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and optimize workflows.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in IT operations.


What you will need:
  • 4 years relevant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.


Certifications / Licenses:
  • The following certifications are preferred:
  • CompTIA A+: Foundational IT skills.
  • CompTIA Network+: Networking skills.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals: Cloud services.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA): Networking expertise.


Technical Competencies:
  • Hardware: Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
  • Video Systems: Proficiency with projectors, screens, and video conferencing tools.
  • Software Applications: Familiarity with common software applications and enterprise solutions.
  • Networking: Understanding of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.

The compensation range for this position in California is: 87,000.00 - $146,000.00
