Payment Hub Manager Job RequisitionAs a Treasury Manager, you'll play a leading role in driving growth, leading treasury technology engagements, managing delivery teams, and helping clients address complex treasury and payment transformation challenges.
Role SummaryThe Global Treasury Advisory Services Manager, FIS Payment Hub (formerly known as TRAX), is responsible for leading the successful delivery of treasury technology, payment hub, bank connectivity, and integration engagements. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise with the ability to serve as a client-facing implementation lead throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, integration planning, testing, deployment, and production readiness. The Manager will supervise and mentor team members while serving as a primary engagement contact for Senior Managers and Partners.
Skills and Attributes for the Role- Strong working knowledge of payment processing, bank connectivity, SWIFT connectivity and messaging, ISO 20022, APIs, system integration, payment controls, system architecture, and treasury technology implementation lifecycles.
- Experience leading client workshops and performing technical activities for FIS Payment Hub implementations, integrations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production readiness activities.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into process designs, integration specifications, architecture diagrams, test scenarios, and implementation documentation.
- Solid understanding of treasury operations and processes enabled through treasury technology solutions, including cash positioning and forecasting, liquidity management, in-house banking, bank connectivity, payments, FX, accounting configuration, GL integration, reconciliation, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Manage engagement delivery by monitoring scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, work plans, and deliverable quality.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor analysts and senior associates while supporting team development and engagement success.
- Support proposal development, solution design, and business development activities for treasury and treasury technology engagements.
To Qualify for the Role- A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant treasury, treasury technology, payments, systems integration, or consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience leading or supporting FIS Payment Hub (TRAX) implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, or production support initiatives.
- Experience with payment processing, bank connectivity, SWIFT, ISO 20022, APIs, file-based interfaces, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience developing or reviewing business requirements, functional and technical specifications, integration designs, test plans, and implementation documentation.
- Experience documenting business processes, data flows, integration specifications, and system architecture using Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, client service, project management, and technical writing skills.
Ideally, You'll Also Have- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CFA, CPA, PMP, or other relevant professional certification.
- Experience with other TMS payment modules and a consulting background is

- Experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot and related productivity technologies

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
