Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance and Insurance products
• Menu selling experience is required
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus
• Strong closing skills are necessary
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate lender, secure approval, and finalize delivery
• Manage placement of contracts to maximize F&I PVR
• Assist sales desk in structuring deals
• Adhere to all F&I office processes and contract flows
• Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding through communication with the business office
• Track and monitor F&I PVR and product penetration
• Participate in weekly sales meetings for F&I training and issues
• Assist in training sales staff alongside General Manager and Sales Manager
