Finance Manager
Performance Honda Bountiful | Bountiful, UTPerformance Honda Bountiful is looking for an experienced, motivated
Finance Manager to join our high-volume dealership team. We are looking for someone who understands the F&I process, takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and knows how to balance customer satisfaction with strong financial performance.

What You'll Do:
- Guide customers through the financing and leasing process
- Present financing, extended service contracts, protection products, and other F&I products
- Work closely with lenders to structure and secure vehicle financing
- Ensure all deals are accurately and efficiently processed
- Review and explain contracts and paperwork with customers
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional experience
- Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to maximize dealership performance
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete
- Stay current on lender programs, F&I products, and industry requirements

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Previous automotive F&I experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance and lending
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, confident, and ethical approach
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals
- Strong computer and paperwork skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- All employees must pass a pre-employment substance screening
Salary Description
100,000 - 150,000+
