Job Description:The role of the Project Manager is to provide senior-level management oversight for assigned F-35 JPO security program areas, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of security support services across assigned functional disciplines and performance locations:
- Manage day-to-day security program activities within assigned task order scope, ensuring deliverables meet Government acceptance standards and schedule requirements
- Develop and maintain project schedules, deliverable tracking systems, and performance status reports in accordance with contract requirements
- Coordinate with Government personnel and the Program Manager on task execution, staffing assignments, and corrective action planning
- Provide senior-level oversight of contract deliverable quality control processes within assigned security disciplines and locations
- Support transition activities, knowledge transfer, and personnel continuity planning across assigned program areas
- Manage subcontractor performance and coordination within assigned scope where applicable
Required Qualifications: - Master's Degree, OR Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience in program or project management in a DoD environment
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing DoD security programs or multi-discipline security support operations
- Demonstrated experience with one or more DoD security disciplines, including General Security (GENSEC), Industrial Security (INDUSEC), Information Security (INFOSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC), or Physical Security (PHYSEC)
- Experience supporting joint program office security operations for defense acquisition programs preferred
- Top Secret clearance required

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
