Responsibilities

  • Identify and formalize agreements with key commercial distributors in the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies that enhance company differentiation and drive commercial growth.
  • Lead sales teams from commercial distributors to achieve vehicle and connectivity sales targets.
  • Utilize global strategic and government accounts to improve market share.
  • Travel extensively within the region to model behavior and boost distributor performance.
  • Monitor competition to strategically position the company favorably in the market.
  • Ensure timely and quality processing of sales through the fulfillment system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies and relay customer feedback effectively.
  • Meet or exceed financial metrics in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce, including pipeline details and reporting responsibilities.

Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Identify key Commercial Distributors in assigned Region and execute Agreements to formalize these relationships.
  • Own assigned Region and create compelling growth strategies that contribute to company level differentiation targeted at driving Commercial growth.
  • Lead Commercial Distributor sales teams in way that delivers commercial vehicle and connectivity growth across all commercial verticals.
  • Leverage Global Strategic and Government Accounts to expand market share
  • Travel extensively throughout Region to model the way and elevate Commercial Distributor Performance.
  • Continuously monitor competitive influence to ensure proper strategic positioning.
  • Ensure all sales are properly routed through company fulfilment system in a timely and systematic manner, while ensuring order quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and provide voice of customer feedback.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual, and other financial metrics that are aligned to the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Work daily in SalesForce CRM system to ensure data accuracy with commercial pipeline, contacts, activities, and other information.
  • Complete all monthly reporting, pipeline, and forecasting requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required; MBA Preferred.
  • Years of experience: 3 or more years of experience in business development, channel partner relationships, or other relevant roles required.
  • Must have exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and leadership skills
  • Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office and SalesForce
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies
