- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data used in analytical products.
- Strategize, design, and develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports.
- Develop sophisticated visualization products using Tableau, Power BI, and related technologies.
- Create compelling visual narratives using charts, graphs, infographics, and other visualization techniques.
- Translate complex data into clear findings accessible to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work directly with leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to identify business needs.
- Gather requirements and define meaningful KPIs.
- Analyze statistical information to identify significant trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated experience creating insightful and visually compelling dashboards and analytical reports that effectively communicate complex data to various audiences.
- Demonstrated expert proficiency with one or more leading business intelligence and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and structuring complex datasets.
- Experience with data preparation, including cleaning and transforming raw data for analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze datasets to identify significant trends, patterns, and correlations and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated communication skills with experience working directly with stakeholders and leadership to gather requirements, define KPIs, and present data-driven recommendations.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated specialized experience with NGA and/or other Intelligence Community agency missions and communications policies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence principles and utilization for Data Visualization and Analytics.
- Demonstrated knowledge of PEO-GG systems.
