What You'll Be Doing- Diagnostics & Repair - Diagnose and repair customer vehicles with precision and efficiency. This includes electrical diagnostics and drivability issues.
- Recon - Prepare and recondition vehicles for resale, ensuring quality.
- Quality & Safety - Complete repairs to manufacturer and safety standards.
- Teamwork - Work with service advisors and fellow technicians to keep customers happy.
What We're Looking For- Experience - 3+ years of dealership experience.
- Diagnostic Skills - Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills, including electrical diagnostics.
- Certifications - ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training a preferred.
- Specialty Skills - Strong electrical capabilities a plus.
- Work Ethic - Self-motivated, dependable, and team oriented.
- Driving Record - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability - Ability to work Saturdays.
