Experienced Staff Analyst
Position Responsibilities:- Manages and provides reporting for staffing on the program, including the use of the Adaptive Planning tool.
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized organizational information.
- Provides data for management review and tracks execution of the plan to communicate status to all project participants.
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or organizational materials to senior leaders.
- Provides logistics and facilitation of personnel seating and moves between buildings.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational onboarding and training.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Experience in using the MyLearning system.
- Experience working closely with Facilities Operations, Purchase Orders, and/or classified work environment
- Self-motivated problem-solver who is comfortable with dynamic, fast paced environments
- Experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office software
- 3+ years of experience synthesizing information and creating reports
- 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Bachelors' Degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience working as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution
- Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions

Travel:Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
