Suntrup Auto is seeking an Experienced GM Service Advisor to join our team in St. Peters, MO.
THIS IS A UNION POSITION. This role is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GM vehicle service advising and a passion for automotive excellence. Pay is weekly salary plus commission.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers bringing in their GM vehicles for service.
- Provide accurate diagnostics and service recommendations to customers.
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to optimize service department efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
- Promote additional services, repairs, and maintenance to customers as needed.
- Increase Labor Gross and CSI
- Maintain KPI standards.
Requirements- EXPERIENCE WITH CDK AND XTIME
- Proven experience as a service advisor in a GM dealership environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of GM vehicles and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
