We are looking for a compassionate and clinically confident Dermatology APP to provide high-quality dermatologic care to patients in a supportive private-practice setting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in general dermatology, enjoys working collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff, and is motivated to build lasting patient relationships within a thriving community practice.

Location: Integrated Dermatology of Groton

Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available; no weekends and no inpatient requirements

Job Description
  • Provide general dermatology patient care as a mid-level provider, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
  • Manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, rashes, lesions, and skin cancer concerns.
  • Perform appropriate office-based dermatology procedures within scope of practice and experience, such as biopsies and other minor procedures.
  • Collaborate with the supervising dermatologist, on-site Mohs surgeon, clinical team, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
  • Document patient encounters accurately and timely with support from scribes and clinical administrative team members.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, prevention, medication use, and follow-up care.
  • Maintain strong relationships with patients, referring providers, and the local community.
