Full Job Description
What is the Position? Evercore seeks to hire an experienced Client Account Coordinator for its Financial Sponsors Group in New York City.

Primary Responsibilities: Our Financial Sponsors Group works with leading private equity firms and institutional investors to support their investment strategies and portfolio companies across sectors. This role is a critical part of our client coverage efforts, supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic coverage of key private equity client accounts. While this position does not include deal execution, it offers high-level exposure to investment banking client relationship management. The role focuses on providing logistical, reporting, and operational support to senior relationship managers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Coordinate and maintain comprehensive client account coverage materials, including detailed portfolio summaries, internal and external relationship mapping, meeting notes, and general activity summaries
  • Assist in planning and preparing for client meetings, marketing events, and conferences
  • Track relationship activity, follow-ups, and deliverables across accounts
  • Support internal reporting needs across the Financial Sponsors Group and to senior management, including pipeline tracking and coverage analytics
  • Coordinate requests and communications between the Financial Sponsors Group and internal product and industry groups


Specific Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in financial or legal services, client services, or corporate environments
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems a plus

Expected Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $190,000

In addition to a competitive base salary, employees may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus delivered in the form of cash and/or deferred equity. Evercore also offers a variety of benefits and programs, subject to eligibility. These include, but are not limited to:
