Responsibilities

Seattle, WA | Porsche | Luxury performance brand | Flat-rate | PTAP | Porsche certified | ASE certified | Veterans encouraged to apply | $35 - $55/hr flat rate

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles across a full range of systems - engine, transmission, brakes, advanced electrical, suspension, PASM, PDK, and beyond - using Porsche diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans - communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support guest authorization
• Execute repairs to Porsche factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
• Complete repair orders accurately - documenting all work performed, parts used, and labor with precision
• Stay current on Porsche technical service bulletins, PIWIS updates, and evolving repair procedures
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation that reflects the standard of the Porsche brand
• Contribute to a shop culture where technical excellence and craftsmanship are the baseline

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Porsche factory certifications strongly preferred - PTAP graduates and candidates with Porsche-specific training are strongly encouraged to apply
• Prior Porsche dealership experience preferred - European luxury or performance brand technicians with strong diagnostic backgrounds are welcome
• Strong command of Porsche vehicle systems - PIWIS diagnostic platform experience a significant advantage
• Solid diagnostic foundation - able to work through complex, multi-system problems with precision and process
• ASE certifications a strong plus
• Low comeback rate and a personal standard for quality that doesn't require managing
• Physically capable of performing the demands of the role - lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A craftsmanship mindset - working on Porsche vehicles is a privilege, and you treat it that way
