WHAT YOU'LL DO• Perform accurate, efficient diagnosis on Land Rover vehicles across all systems - electrical, drivetrain, suspension, ADAS, and beyond - using JLR diagnostic platforms and OEM tools
• Execute line repairs to manufacturer specifications - from routine maintenance to complex multi-system repairs - with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
• Document findings, repair procedures, and parts used on every repair order with precision and clarity
• Communicate technical findings to service advisors in a way that supports accurate guest communication and repair authorization
• Collaborate with senior technicians on complex diagnostic cases - contributing to and learning from a high-caliber team
• Stay current on Land Rover technical service bulletins, software updates, and evolving repair procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation that reflects the standard of the brand and the shop
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• 3+ years of technician experience in a franchised dealership or European aftermarket shop - required
• Strong diagnostic background - this is the core of the role and the primary reason we're hiring
• Land Rover, Jaguar, or European brand experience strongly preferred - other ASE certifications a strong plus
• Solid command of European vehicle systems - advanced electrical, CAN bus, air suspension, terrain response, and ADAS
• Low comeback rate and a personal standard for quality that doesn't require managing
• Clear communicator who works effectively with advisors, the shop foreman, and fellow technicians
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
