IS THIS YOU?• You're an experienced flat-rate technician with 2+ years of dealership experience, solid diagnostic ability, and a quality standard you hold yourself to
• You have brand experience from any segment - luxury, import, or domestic - and you're ready to bring your skills to a growing hospitality-first automotive group
• You're open to what's next and want to be in conversation with Swickard before a specific opening arises
WHAT YOU'LL DO• Diagnose and repair vehicles across a range of systems - engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond - using OEM diagnostic platforms and manufacturer procedures
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans - communicating findings to service advisors to support guest authorization
• Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
• Complete repair orders accurately - documenting all work performed and parts used with precision
• Stay current on technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership - required
• Any brand background considered - luxury, import, and domestic experience all valued across our portfolio
• Strong diagnostic ability and a low comeback rate
• ASE certifications a strong plus - OEM factory certifications highly valued
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
