- Collaborate with F&I and management to maximize deal profitability

What You Bring- Proven automotive sales experience - you know the process and the paperwork
- A track record of hitting or exceeding monthly targets
- Strong closing ability and the confidence to ask for the business
- Relationship-building skills that keep customers coming back
- A competitive, coachable mindset - good enough is never your standard
- Professional presentation and communication, in person and online
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR
- Bilingual skills are a bonus - but not required
