You'll guide customers through every step of the purchasing process by building relationships, identifying their needs, presenting new and pre-owned vehicles, conducting test drives, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Compensation- Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits
- Negotiate and finalize vehicle sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Generate repeat and referral business through outstanding follow-up
- Utilize dealership CRM systems to manage customer communications and sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of inventory, manufacturer incentives, and automotive industry trends
- Collaborate with sales management, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
Required Qualifications- 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience required
- Proven success selling new and/or pre-owned vehicles in a dealership environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience using dealership CRM tools is preferred
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
