RN House Supervisor for Acute Hospital
Shift- Full Time Nights
Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression) NL I -supervising:
Frontline, department-based, direct or indirect healthcare department / program;
Formally / informally supervises daily & / or house functions of charge nurses, professional & frontline staff (multidisciplinary team) of assigned department;
May or may not have direct report relationships;
May be accountable for the staff coordination, scheduling & assignment or throughput;
May participate in & contributes to the performance management / review process;
Contributes to the daily performance, daily adherence to regulatory requirements & drives results of team within assigned department;
Implements departmental plans & priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment.
Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid driver's license where required by assignment.
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Leadership experience & / or other experience / licensure / certifications aligned with area of responsibility & assignment.
Pay Range: $46.00hr- $60.76hr Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
