Full Job Description
The Executive Vice President (EVP) of LEXSO will play a critical role in driving the overall success, growth, and profitability of the business unit. The EVP, LEXSO will be responsible for all aspects of operations to include developing, and executing a comprehensive strategy, developing a viable business plan that addresses commercial and government security needs, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.

This role requires an experienced forward-thinking business leader with a deep understanding of emerging surveillance/physical security-related technologies, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the business strategy with technical execution to deliver impactful proprietary solutions and scalable growth. Responsibilities also include collaborating with other EMT leaders and leading a high-achieving team that operates in a manner consistent with Company values.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve the organization's goals and objectives, aligned with the company's vision and objectives
  • Define and execute the business unit's technology roadmap, leveraging LEXSO's unique intellectual property
  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, and forecasting for LEXSO, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the mission and core values of the Company
  • Lead cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, and program management, providing guidance and support
  • Evaluate market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Assess and optimize operational and business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies for sales and revenue generation
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and engagement, identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Executive Management Team, Board of Directors, key clients, and stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10-15 years of business operations experience required
  • Proven experience in progressive senior leadership roles
  • Strong background in operations management, business development, software development and strategic planning
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve organizational goals
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
