As Executive Vice President of Inpatient Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical excellence, operational performance, and strategic growth across inpatient programs.

Position Summary

The Executive Vice President of Inpatient Services provides executive leadership for inpatient operations, with a strong focus on clinical quality, patient safety, and operational excellence. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, optimize performance, and ensure the delivery of patient- and family-centered care.

You will lead the development of system-wide strategies, oversee financial performance, implement data-driven improvements, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards-all while fostering a culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

This role requires regular travel throughout the Kansas/Missouri region, including frequent day trips and periodic overnight stays. Additionally, some travel beyond the regional area may be required. Candidates should be comfortable with a travel schedule that may represent approximately 10-15% of working time or more.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership & Growth
