Job DescriptionCitco is seeking an accomplished Executive Vice President to lead Client Service and Fund Accounting for Private Equity clients within our growing Dallas operation. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced industry professional who can combine deep technical expertise with exceptional client relationship management and organizational leadership.
Your Role: The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding Citco's presence in Dallas, helping shape the future of our private assets business while supporting some of the industry's most sophisticated and high-profile clients. This position offers the opportunity to influence the growth of a developing business footprint and build a team capable of delivering best-in-class service:
- You will be responsible for client Relationship Management for some prestige Private Equity Clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing long-term partnerships and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance service and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of professionals supporting private assets clients.
- Support the successful integration and development of teams while fostering a collaborative and client-centric culture.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships by monitoring and developing client service level agreements providing a full service/ product offering
- Leverage existing client relationships to secure new business, offering our products and services
- Be responsible for monitoring and owning gross margins for clients and will be measured on increase of client wallet share
- Work closely and participate with Business Development and Senior Management teams on marketing pitches and other client presentations
- Work in partnership with the Senior Vice Presidents and wider Citco team to oversee the resolution of complex client issues
- Visit clients on periodic basis to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agreed KPIs, SLAs, and Fund Documents
- Work alongside our integration team to establish plan for new client setup and transitions, and assist to develop best operating models for optimal service delivery to clients
- Maintain a pro-active customer focus at all times
- Enhance current servicing levels and deliver beyond client expectations
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including other operational and ancillary service groups to ensure client deliverables are met timely and accurately
- Assist in the resolution of complex client issues
- Review private equity fund client's partnership agreements, PPMs and other materials
- Develop and implement best practice standards and drive towards efficiencies
- Maintain pristine compliance with local regulators and internal/external auditors
- Establish and document business contingency plans for all areas of responsibility
- Participate in and lead projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business
- Review departmental procedures and policies and supervise Vice Presidents to ensure adherence to these procedures

- Actively contribute to corporate initiatives as part of the management team
- Manage and oversee staffing requirements, coordinate and oversee staffing, hiring, coaching, and development of team members
About You:- You have 10 - 15 years private equity experience working at a fund administrator or fund manager
- Experience in managing client relationships and/or with the controllership function of an alternative asset manager
- Deep technical expertise in private assets fund accounting, fund structures, and related operational processes.
- Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals with proven experience leading teams and developing high-performing talent.
- Skills in negotiation, business planning and budgeting, margin analysis, rating agency relations and technical accounting
- Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other comprehensive basis of accounting
- Knowledge of waterfall structures, modeling and calculations desirable
- Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA designation a plus
