What does Zenith Analytics do?

Working closely with both the Business Strategy, Investment and broader discipline teams, Analytics owns the data strategy, implementation and success of tying our clients' marketing to real-world business goals. We then mine that data to optimize campaigns and tell the stories that bring our clients closer to their marketing, helping them understand if they're talking to the people they want, and if they're doing it the right way.

Responsibilities

The EVP of Analytics will provide intellectual capital and team direction, while managing a dynamic team of experts across Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, Data Governance, Data Platform & Solutions and Ad Operations (TAAG). This leader will be a key member of the cross functional leadership team and work collaboratively to ensure that data enables decision-making and strong business outcomes. The EVP of Data and Analytics will also partner closely with client teams to deliver on the team vision, roadmap, and critical business support. The role of the EVP is to consult, manage, coach and delivery, while being the face of the analytics team to the client and the larger Groupe solutions under the Power of One model.

  • Be the visionary, creating the data foundation, measurement ecosystem, operating model, and AI-enabled decisioning capabilities that power business growth and marketing effectiveness, in the US and globally
  • Contribute intellectual capital regarding measurement, analytics, research and insights
  • Develop and deploy a strategic vision for the team, analytics maturity roadmap and a consistent and repeatable measurement process
  • Lead and manage a sizable team of data experts and media analysts, with visibility and oversight of Paid Media, CRM, Creative & Data, Tech & Tools (Epsilon/Connected ID) to support client transformation needs
  • Develop and recommend best practices in data processing and reporting automation to reduce the reliance on manual labor for basic functions; includes developing and delivering POVs to support
  • Identify the most effective and immediate methods of converting campaign results into actionable media and programmatic insights
  • Provide strategic and tactical data and analytics recommendations to clients and key stakeholders
  • Help evaluate and recommend partners and solutions to continuously drive innovation and operational excellence


Be a trusted advisor and liaison to the client and internal teams to transform the operating model for efficiencies and support the roll out of AI-enabled decisioning capabilities than can power business growth, both internally and externally

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience, with minimum of 5 years of agency experience
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Databricks, Tableau, etc.), Ad Tech/Mar Tech (Adobe, Liveramp, Salesforce, CleanRooms, etc.) and relational databases (eg. SQL Server)
  • Digital attribution & incrementality measurement experience
  • Experience working with RMNs & innovative AI solutions
  • Robust knowledge and experience of third party and rich media ad serving along with site-side tracking technologies across mobile, video and display
  • Experience with utilizing and/or modelling multiple data sources simultaneously, identifying and procuring third party data
  • Deep knowledge and experience across the media landscape both addressable and non-addressable channels
  • Expertise in leveraging the digital data ecosystem. Advanced digital data market experience, including social and mobile data experience
  • Understanding of broad range of online advertising media channels from Search, Display, Email, Contextual, Social, Online Video - understand a holistic view of a Paid, Owned, Earned
  • Robust understanding of online measurement and analytics, with the ability to provide meaningful insight to the client as well as internal teams
  • Strong leadership capabilities with team building experience and change management skills to lead transformation across client relationships, people and teams and business results
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Compensation Range: USD $176,000.00 - USD $300,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
