Position SummaryThe Global Talent Acquisition organization is seeking an experienced Executive Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Lead to support senior leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders, responsible for delivering executive talent aligned to current pipeline priorities while proactively building future-ready leadership pipelines in support of succession and evolving capability needs. The ideal candidate brings strong business and scientific acumen, proven executive search expertise, and the ability to assess talent market trends, understand business strategy, and influence executive-level decision-making to ensure BMS attracts world-class leaders who advance innovation and deliver meaningful impact for patients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies - mapping target companies, talent pools, and diverse leadership communities to anticipate future hiring needs
- Identify, engage, and cultivate long-term relationships with passive executive talent through personalized outreach, networking, and thought-leadership engagement
- Build and maintain robust, pipelines ensuring readiness for current searches and succession planning
- Conduct deep market research and competitive intelligence - talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor org structures
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Leaders as a consultative advisor, calibrating strategy and presenting qualified, diverse slates
- Develops future candidate pipelines and talent maps, determining the optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks and hiring pools to meet the organization's future needs.
- Aggregates market and industry data for the purposes of negotiating compensation with applicants and influencing strategic recruiting methods with hiring teams.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with external partners including recruitment agencies, educational institutions, professional associations and industry networks, to expand talent pipelines and enhance the employer brand.
- Ensures compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations and industry standards related to talent management, including equal employment opportunity (EEO), diversity and labor relations.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Bristol Myers Squibb, building trusted, long-term relationships with senior leaders and candidates
- Ensure exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences, while maintaining strict adherence to compliant recruiting and hiring practices in a highly regulated environment
- Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and discretion, engaging in industry forums to elevate BMS's reputation as an employer of choice and bringing insights back into the organization for continuous improvement
- Partner with Total Rewards, Global Mobility, Legal, Immigration, and Procurement to support executive offer development, negotiation, and delivery, while sharing market insights to inform competitive compensation strategies when applicable
- Collaborate with non-executive recruiting teams to ensure transparency, talent sharing, and continuity across sourcing & recruiting efforts
Qualifications & Experience- 5-7 years of recruiting experience, with 3 years' sourcing experience proactively generating candidates focused on senior-level recruiting. Experience in a Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize ad hoc market intelligence data to provide information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used at business strategy level +
- Expert level knowledge in candidate attraction and relationship building
- Excellent at building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- Expert level of knowledge of full life cycle recruiting activities including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, and networking
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of a highly matrixed organization and the ability to work across cross-functional, cross-organizational teams
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate with colleagues in the Centers of Expertise and peers in People Services to deliver the most qualified talent for the company
- Demonstrated ability to develop meaningful and trusted relationships with all levels of an organization
- Strong understanding of technology and experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, social media, and other predictive tools
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence others to accomplish goals and objectives
- Demonstrated ability to partner, manage and influence virtually
- Demonstrated ability to work with outsource providers and contractors, if necessary
Minimum Requirements/Knowledge Desired:- Consulting skills/ impact and influence abilities/ strong stakeholder management skills

Compensation Overview:Remote - United States - US: $157,850 - $191,271
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

*Eligibility Disclosure: The summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers. Employees in remote-by-design or lab-based roles may be eligible for summer hours, depending on the nature of their work, and should discuss eligibility with their manager. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine if they are eligible. Contractors, leased workers and other service providers are not eligible to participate in the program.
On-site ProtocolBMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
