The Executive Support Lead, Amercias is responsible for leading the executive support function across their primary campus, ensuring the consistent delivery of proactive, high-touch technology services to executive stakeholders. The role combines hands-on executive technology support with regional operational oversight, stakeholder management, service governance and team development to deliver a world-class executive support experience. This is a fully office-based role requiring five days per week onsite to provide visible leadership, maintain operational oversight and ensure consistent support for executive stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
Service Delivery & Operations
• Lead the delivery of executive support services across the region ensuring consistency,
quality and accountability
• Maintain regional operational standards aligned with the global Executive Support strategy
• Provide direct executive technology support to assigned executive stakeholders, acting as
a senior escalation and support resource where required
• Ensure resources and office coverage are aligned with executive demand and business
priorities
• Drive adoption of agreed service processes, support methodologies and operational best
practices
• Ensure support services meet business expectations and agreed service commitments
• Oversee the effective management and lifecycle of technology assets and stock
• Lead regional delivery of executive technology programmes, onboarding initiatives and
service enhancements
• Contribute to the development of global Executive Support standards and operating model
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and key business
partners
• Ensure regional compliance with technology, security and governance requirements
Team Leadership & Capability Development
• Lead, coach and develop Executive Support Specialists within the region
• Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, professionalism and customer excellence
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and capability development
• Develop specialist expertise across executive support disciplines including AV,
collaboration, mobility and onboarding
Service Governance & Continuous Improvement
• Establish regional service governance, reporting and performance management processes
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve the executive experience
• Identify trends, risks and recurring issues affecting executive stakeholders
• Implement service improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency and stakeholder
satisfaction
• Drive a proactive approach to issue prevention and service improvement across the
executive population
• Ensure executive incidents and priority service requests receive appropriate oversight and
prioritisation
What you'll need:
Skills / Experience Requirements
• Strong people leader with experience in building high performing support teams
• 5+ years' experience supporting senior executives, C-suite leaders, board members, or
equivalent executive stakeholders
• Executive focused with exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• Calm and effective during high-pressure situations and executive escalations
• Excellent communicator, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical audiences
• Professional, discreet and highly trusted when operating within executive environments

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $100,000-$230,000 USD
