Position Overview:
Serves as a trusted partner to the C-suite leadership team, overseeing Executive Administration and supporting organizational priorities within a dynamic healthcare environment. Coordinates executive operations, manages high-level projects, and develops executive presentations, board materials, and strategic communications. Ensures seamless execution of key initiatives through effective collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders, while maintaining flexibility to accommodate changing executive schedules and business needs. Supports operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic objectives that advance organizational performance and enhance the patient experience.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years of recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to build and establish effective working partnerships with employees, peers, and/or leaders to achieve program objectives.
Organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Effective communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on writing.
Motivated and resourceful self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively, both independently and in team settings.
Adaptability to interact with various types of visitors with poise and self-confidence.
