SH restaurant life is non-stop, fun and inspiring and the SH Restaurant Group is full of some of the most imaginative food people in the industry. We're currently seeking an Executive Steward to join the team . You'll be part of an innovative team that's always looking to make the next dish even more delicious than the last, and one that thrives on consideration, thoughtfulness, collaboration and hard work. Seeking a poised, gracious, sustainably minded, detail-driven, service-obsessed Executive Steward to join our team. You'll be responsible for comprehensive oversight of the stewarding team, setting new standards for operational excellence, recruiting and mentoring new talent, managing team workflows, addressing guest requests, and ensuring that the restaurant reflects the brand vision and mission at every touchpoint, including the meticulous maintenance of all kitchen and dining equipment and interiors. About you... Passionate about culinary arts, cleanliness and organization and enjoys physical work with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Advanced knowledgeable of stewarding operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation Salary Range: $92,000 to $95,000
