Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an Executive Steward who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Executive Steward reports directly to the Executive Chef and is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the work of employees in our Stewarding Department. The Executive Steward will work closely with the Executive Chef, Director of Food and Beverage, Banquet Chef, Banquet Managers, and Food and Beverage Outlet Managers to coordinate an adequate supply and store of china, silver, glass, and other equipment used in service. The position demands an excellent focus on quality, product versatility and volume.

What you will do:

  • Works closely with Front of House, Kitchens and Banquets to understand, coordinate, and plan daily needs with agility and flexibility

  • Ensure the organization of a high volume of different china, glass, and silver items

  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleaning procedures

  • Take a hands-on approach with staff engagement to lead the team to exceed expectations

  • Holding team members accountable through progressive discipline

  • Must maintain compliance with the State of Hawaii Department of Health & Ecosure.

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in as Food & Beverage Department head is required.

  • Experience in luxury hospitality environment is preferred.

  • Strong ability to lead and train a team to maintain team spirit and quality service

  • Approaches situations proactively instead of “do as told”

  • Flexible with changes and challenges and is able to take a creative approach

  • Inventory experience, proficient in Excel & Microsoft systems

US Work Authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons Location. Current Four Seasons Managers may qualify for L1 Visa Sponsorship.

Compensation: $86,000 - $91,000 per year
